Baked Sweet Potato Frites

A thousand times better than the French way…
Cut sweet potatoes in 1/4″ french fries and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes each side. Season and serve.

Another great set of sweet potato fries can be found at Solstice Lounge in San Francisco. They do an awesome “Frites Two Ways”: steak style french frys and shoestring sweet potato fries.
